Interested participants will be called for screening. Shortlisted performers will be notified through email.

Rehearsal Period

Performers will go through curated grooming process led by expert professionals.

Is this registration mandatory?
The submission of the formal photograph is mandatory for all but the registration for employee performances is completely voluntary but we encourage your whole-hearted participation!
Who can participate?
All bKash regular employees are eligible. Whether you're a seasoned artist or someone who simply enjoys singing or dancing as a hobby, you are all welcome to sign up!
What will happen during the screening period?
The screening period is designed to be a fun, friendly, and supportive experience where participants can share their preferred form of art and creativity with the team. It’s an opportunity to express yourself, enjoy the experience, and connect with fellow talented colleagues in a relaxed environment. Shortlisted performers will then be notified through email.
What will happen during rehearsal period?
During the rehearsal period, shortlisted performers will go through a curated grooming and preparation journey led by seasoned professionals. The sessions will be designed to help you build confidence, leverage your strengths, and enhance your performance skills in a fun and supportive environment - so you feel fully prepared to shine on the Employee Night stage.
Can I edit my submission later?
No, you cannot edit your original submission but you can resubmit with a new photo if required.
